State Task Network for the scheduling of multiproduct batch plants.



To run an optimization model these are the steps
you need to follow:

1) Select and Run Example
First you must click on the "Select and Run 
Example" button at the left side of your screen. 
A page will appear on the right side with thre 
examples dor you to choose from. Select the 
desiered example, the first example is a demo 
version, since it takes less than a minute to run. 
Examples two and three take from ten to twenty 
minutes depending on the amound of load on the
host machine.
Once you have selecten an example, you will 
run the  GAMS model when you click the button 
"Run Selected Example".

2) GAMS Run
Once you have selected and sumbitted your example,
A new screen appears where you should be able to 
see how the iterations are taking place. 
When GAMS has finished, the phrase 'Normal
Completion' should appear on the very end
of your right side window. Please be patient 
and wait until you see that GAMS has finished,
otherwise you won't get your results.

3) View Results
When GAMS has finished the optimization and 
the 'Normal Completion' phrase appears, you 
are ready to see the  results the model has 
generated with your input data To see these 
results click on the "Summary of Results" 
button at the left side window. Here you can 
see the information on the model you have just
run, as well as the results the interface found.
You also have the option to view the listing 
files generated by GAMS.

Make sure to click the "refresh" button on your
browser to make sure you get the latest results
generated.
